PLATINUM Residences III is a purely residential complex. The design provides
a contemporary living space with thoughtfully designed rooms and living space.
The communal areas and the exterior are similarly well designed with special emphasize
on security and landscaping. Our architect and designer, Arch. Daniela Yankova,
has won the 2005 Architect of the Year Award, sponsored by the Bulgarian Architects
Association, for one of the projects designed by her.
In the building there will be 50 comfortable apartments in 5 above-ground levels.
3 separate entrances will ensure the privacy of our residents. All floors are
accessible by elevator.
The underground level contains parking places and storage rooms. The underground
parking and storage rooms are accessible through staircases and elevators with
direct access to the apartments.
There will be 9 one-bedroom apartments, 33 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom
apartments over 5 above-ground levels. All apartments have balconies.
Technical Details And Finishing Levels
PLATINUM Residences III will be built using modern technologies and high quality
materials, making sure it smoothly blends with its surroundings. Our aim is primarily
to provide a solid, long-lasting building, while not compromising on the design
and comfort of our residents.
Building:
• Construction type: monolithic;
• Structure: reinforced concrete frame;
• Roofs: tiles, hydro-insulated;
• Facade walls: ventilated thermo insulated facade, covered by combination of
stone and mineral painting. All edges of wall masonry are protected with inbuilt
metal corner strips;
As we do with all of our projects we have carefully selected a general contractor
to execute this project. Argostyle Ltd. is a well established and reputable builder
who has and currently is executing plenty of residential buildings and complexes
in the Sofia area.
