Finishing Works

Our future tenants will be able to choose between different packages of finishing for the apartments they have chosen. The basic finishing package is included in the price and consists of the following: floorings, plastering, tiles and sanitary appliances in bathroom, toilette and kitchen, fitted kitchen set, excluding the electric appliances, as further specified below. If you require additional information about the different levels of finishing works, you should contact our offices and our specialists will cater your special needs.

Entrance Hall

1.Floor-granite / granite-porcelain/ ceramics;
2.Walls – indoor gypsum plaster(stucco), latex;
3.Ceilings – plain ceilings, latex;

Living room/ Dinning room

1. Floor – granite-porcelain tiles / ceramics;
2. Walls – interior gypsum plaster (stucco), latex;
3. Ceilings – plain ceiling, latex;

Kitchen Box

1. Floor – granite-porcelain tiles / ceramics;
2. Walls - interior gypsum plaster (stucco), glazed ceramic tiles between lower and upper kitchen cupboards;
3. Ceilings – plain ceiling, latex;
4. Lower set of cupboards;
5. Working surface of lower cupboards – wooden board;
6. Upper set of cupboards;
