In PLATINUM Residences I there will be 11 comfortable apartments in 6 above-ground
levels. 4 offices can be found in the street level, while the underground level
contains parking places and storage rooms.
The underground parking and storage rooms are accessible through staircase and
elevator with direct access to the apartments.
There will be 5 one-bedroom apartments and 5 two-bedroom apartments over 5 above-ground
levels. The upper level consists of a single rooftop apartment with larger terraces
and view to all directions.
